Phở Saigon Restaurant

We have been in the restaurant business and serving in Seattle and surrounding the puget sound areas since 1980. Pho Saigon Restaurant is situated on the busy commercial 99 Pacific Highway South, just about two miles south from Highline Community College, in a Cedarwood Square mall.

The restaurant is about 4000 sq-ft, seating for around 96 people with a friendly serving manner in a healthy fun atmosphere in which at busy lunch time where time is of the essence for customers, the healthy favorite item is of course Pho that comes with various choices - beef, chicken, tofu, veggies or any combinations. On the other side of the plate, at dinner time when time for dining is an essential meal of the day after a hectic day at work, a productive day of strategizing, or a meaningful day of playing, PHO that comes in various flavor selections is obviously not the only item to have for dinner, rather there are a variety of healthy, selective items to choose from, such as:

• Vermicelli with Egg Rolls and Charbroiled Skewer Pork
• Rice Fried Noodle with Chicken, Beef and/or Shrimp and assorted vegetables
• Rice with Tofu and assorted vegetables

Just to name a few favorite, recommended items from our regular customers. There are many healthy items to choose from of course. Pho Saigon Restaurant's objective is designed to tailor to our customers' taste. So bearing with the customer-oriented restaurant in mind, should you don't know what you want to have for dinner or don't see what it in the menu, please feel free to ask us and we shall try to accommodate to your choice of taste.

Pho Saigon Restaurant management team has been managing the establishment and serving our customers since 1980 at various restaurants formally known as: Khanh Garden on Rainier Avenue, Thanh Xuan Restaurant on Jackson Street and Midway Saigon Garden on Pacific Highway next to Highline Community College and now just about two miles south from the Highline Community College.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our regular customers who have been supporting us ever since and would like to welcome our new customers to our current Pho Saigon place. It is our genuine wishes to continue serving you with the best quality delicacies and providing the place with a warm welcoming atmosphere. I really like their lunch special plate!! Just enough to fill me up. Spare ribs, egg roll, broken rice yummmm. Sometimes I add an egg!

Hubby & I lunched here and it was wonderful.  Banh Mi sandwich ---- hmm, hmm.  Customer Service is key to me, and it was excellent.
Owner Paul was friendly, and gets to know his customers by name/food preference.
Pho Saigon has become our #1 Vietnamese cuisine go to spot 8-)

 I love this place!  I've only gotten takeout so far, but it's always been phenomenal. I get the large chicken pho, and the portion is huge. Easy enough for lunch the next day.  Everything tastes fresh.  My wife tried the steak pho and liked it as well. The owner Paul remembered me the second time I came in.

This is the best pho I've ever had!   The broth is incredible. Paul the owner is awesome!  Husband loves the Banh mi (good but not my favorite).  Noodle dishes and pork chops are good but stick with what they do best - the PHO!

Paul the owner of the restaurant greeted us and talked to us for a few minutes, realizing we were new to the restaurant. Paul seems to have a great memory with his customers. We let him bring us what he wanted to and were not let down. First we had some shrimp spring rolls and he suggested we add a kick to the peanut sauce which turned out great. Next came some really good Pho with beef flank I believe, The broth was good. I am always trying the broth out now before I jack it up.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it when my Pho is filled with FRESH veggies!  This spot not only spreads the veggie love, they even ask me if I want my broth to be also veggie... imagine that!

Paul, the owner, is very friendly and makes sure he knows your name.  He also made my friend Kristi C and I special veggie rolls because I do not eat pork, red meat or shellfish... HOW GREAT IS THAT!

Pho Saigon is the best Pho I have ever had!  We have never had anything on the diverse menu that we haven't loved.  We go there at least 2 times a month, sometimes twice a week!  The owner, Paul, is the best!  He always remembers our names and what we like.  It is like having dinner at families house.  I recommend it to every one I know and can't say enough good things about Paul, his staff, his clean, beautiful restaurant and his wonderful food!  Thanks for the free Ice cream Paul!!  keep us the good work!  Always a smile here!

Best part of this place is the owner, Paul. He is very sociable and really cares about his customers. He makes a point to remember our names, and will always customize your food to whatever you like.

We should have had the Pho because my friend and I weren't terribly impressed with the dishes we ordered.  We both got the #38, rice noodles with beef, pork and shrimp and a ton of veggies in a light brown sauce.

I have never been dissatisfied with the soup or service. The owner treats you like family. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated.

This is a great place to go because anytime is a great time for Pho. This is a small restaurant where Paul greets everyone who walks in the door he also remembers you even if you have only been there once before. Great place to go.
